How do I pay my rent?

What is my account balance?

You can find your account balance on your monthly statement. Please contact your Property Manager for more details.

If you would like to receive your statement via email each month, please email jhaston@naidesco.com indicating your preference. Please include the property address and the name of your business in the email.

How do I report a maintenance issue?

You can submit a maintenance issue through our website here, by emailing jhaston@naidesco.com or by calling your property manager.

Maintenance emergencies, which include excessive roof leaks, water main breaks, and storm damage, should be reported to our Sr. Property Manager, Katie Chatman at 314-452-1774.

If the emergency requires Fire and Police First Responders, please call 911 before reporting the emergency to us.
