Scope of Experience
Peter Sheahan has been active in commercial real estate brokerage since 1989 and has completed lease and sale transactions involving office, industrial, retail, medical, land and investment properties on behalf of owners and users. To date, Peter has completed over 650 transactions totaling in excess of $1,000,000,000 in value.
Peter has provided tenant representation services for numerous local and national retailers. Past and/or current clients include: Menards, Kohls, Commerce Bank, Mercy Health Systems, Schnuck Markets, Lou Fusz Automotive Network, AAA of Missouri, Chick-fil-A, Society of St. Vincent de Paul, Shands Elbert Gianoulakis & Giljum LLP, Home Depot, CVS, United Carpet, Hardee’s, Medical West, N.A. Buffen, National Credit Management and Thrive Autism to name a few.
Peter has a long history of serving many local and national owners in the leasing of their properties. A partial list of clients includes Raven Development, Lennette Realty, Central Park Associates, McGowan Brothers Development, Plaza Tire, Emerald Properties, Loehr Investments, Hoff Construction, JAH Realty Group, American Resurgens, Wolff Properties, The Lipton Group, Cypress Equities, AG Realty, and Commerce Bank.
Peter has sold over 3 Million SF valued in excess of $350 Million of investment properties during his career representing family trusts, individuals owners, REITS and institutional buyers and sellers. These transactions range from regional malls to corporate headquarters to free-standing NNN assets.
Peter has assisted many financial institutions, corporations and retailers in disposing of excess and underperforming properties. Companies served include Commerce Bank, Wells Fargo, U.S. Bank, Mutual of Omaha, Schnuck Markets, St. Louis Archdiocese, Mercy Health Systems and many others.
Peter has vast experience in assembling properties and has worked on some of the larger assemblages in St. Louis over the last 25 years. These property assemblages for developers and retailers include: Kirkwood Commons, Belleville Crossing, Bridgeton Crossing, Hadley Township, Waterloo Commons, and numerous smaller property assemblages.
