Electric Power:
Ameren UE is the electric provider for the St. Louis area. Ameren supplies power to the property through two feeds, T-1 & T-2, which are each 128KV, broken down by transformers to 12KV, then to 480V.

Natural  & Methane Gas:
Laclede Gas provides natural gas service to the property. Additionally, the property is supplemented by a methane gas line from the Valley Park landfill, which potentially offers substantial savings for heavy natural gas users.

Water: 
American Water supplies clean water for St. Louis County. The property features three on-site water tanks of 500,000 gallons each: two on-grade tanks and one water tower. These tanks are presently considered supplemental to the existing facility.

Sewer: 
The Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) provides wastewater management for St. Louis County. MSD operates an on-site public lift station for sanitary services.  Additionally, there is a waste water treatment plant on the property that is presently bypassed. Both the lift station and the waste water treatment plant are located on a 15-acre parcel in the northeast corner of the property.

Communication: 
AT&T is the main service provider in the area for phone and IT services. Fiber optic lines are in place at site.
