Background
|
Andy joined NAI DESCO as an associate in August 2004, after working as an IT consultant at MasterCard International, and was promoted to vice president in 2009. In that time Andy has been involved in over $70 million dollars worth of transactions (involving over 3,000,000 SF), focusing mainly on industrial, office, and investment properties.
Among his completed deals, Andy has matched investors and property in markets around the country, going outside the St. Louis market to find opportunities that satisfy the requirements of his clients. These out-of-state transactions have earned him NAI Gold Club status in 2005 and 2006, and both NAI Elite Top Performer and Top Producer awards in 2007. Andy also received the Spirit of NAI DESCO award in 2007, given annually to the agent who exhibits high levels of deal production, ethics, and teamwork.
In 2008, Andy completed the training, testing, and portfolio requirements to receive the highly regarded CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
