Matt Hirsch, Senior Vice President & Director of Medical Brokerage, has been active in commercial real estate since 1998. During his tenure, Matt has developed a market niche in medical leasing assignments and investment sales.

Prior to joining NAI DESCO, Matt developed the area's foremost medical brokerage practice dedicated to providing the Healthcare Industry with Real Estate solutions. Matt believes the future of this market segment is in "The Physician Equity Model," a trend on which Matt has been on the forefront, helping doctors identify and capture additional revenue streams through real estate acquisitions. 

Notable clients/assignments include: Laboratory Corporation of America where Matt was charged with procuring and leasing over 40 medical facilities across eight states, including their regional headquarters. Matt is currently working with Land Dynamics Inc. on the conversion of a 105,000 sq. ft. office building to a physician owned and occupied medical building.
