David is a Vice President with NAI
DESCO specializing in industrial and office real estate
providing services including sales and leasing, as well
as tenant and buyer representation for clients locally and
nationwide. David creates solutions tailored to
each client through his experience in property
acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiation and
administration, site selection analysis and
build-to-suit projects.

| David
has over 12 years of commercial real estate experience
beginning in the petroleum industry where, as Vice
President, he directed real estate and day-to-day
operations for a wholesale and retail petroleum
corporation. His responsibilities there included
all facets of real estate planning, negotiations and
administration. Since joining NAI DESCO in
2005, David has received several awards as a sales leader and for his efforts to continue to improve the organization. David has personally negotiated and completed transactions involving industrial, land, retail and office properties.
During his career, he has
been involved with and assisted clients including
ExxonMobil, Sherwin-Williams, PPG Auto Glass,
Environmental Systems Products, Autism Speaks, Tripos,
On Assignment and St. John's Mercy Healthcare.
David
is a proud resident of Saint Louis and lives there with
his wife and two children.
